Integrative Parent Coaching

You can eat all the kale in the world and yet still feel behind if the rest of your life is not in balance; if your home environment is stressful, or if your career sucks the life out of you, or if you feel like you have no work/life balance and are always in survival mode, or your finances are a burden, or your close relationships anything but supportive. Any of these things begin to add up and wear on your nervous system, causing you to feel behind and overwhelmed, unsure of what needs to change or where to start.

The Circle of Life

In this highly individualized coaching program, I work with parents to support them in bringing balance to the 12 areas of life that I like to call "The Circle of Life" (pictured). We bring awareness to the patterns holding you back so that you can take simple, attainable baby steps each week to create positive habits that support your specific goals. When you feel your best, you can then best show up for your children.

Sometimes this means creating a budget so that you can spend within your means without feeling guilty. Or maybe it means looking into new career paths that could be more fulfilling than your boring current one. Or maybe it means creating boundaries around how you spend your time so you can save space for that hobby you've been wanting to dive into. Or maybe it means adding in simple physical activity or swapping out certain foods for healthier versions so you can loose that weight you just can't shake.

Parenting High Schoolers

We also chat through how to navigate parenting high schoolers with the delicate balance of becoming friends and still remaining in authority so that your children won't resent you for your rules but rather will enjoy opening up and spending time with you. You will learn how to speak in ways that invite intimate conversation, how to validate your child's emotions without excusing their behavior, how to set limits in a way that trains them to be their own independent person by the time they leave the home.

Program Features

4 Months of 1:1 Support

1:1 Calls

For four months, we meet weekly in highly individualized 1:1 coaching sessions. Each session includes a simple check-in and time to process what came up throughout the week. We also take time to do the inner child work, and to create a game plan for the upcoming week so that you have a consistent place of weekly grounding and direction.

Journal Prompts

Prompts provided to keep the momentum going throughout the week so that you can begin practicing true self care, embodying someone who stands up for herself, and attracting authentic relationships with a sense of inner peace rather than turmoil, resentment, or fear of judgment.

Direct Support

Because I know there will be moments in daily life where you fall back into old routines and triggers, I offer messaging support for accountability, co-regulation, & processing in-between sessions, so  you don’t feel like you’re walking alone but you have someone to help you tackle strong emotions as they arise and respond in positive ways that preserve your relationships.

Reflection Questions

Reflection questions will be provided each week for you to do the inner work at home between sessions so that you can bring to light the root causes of why you do what you do, throw confusion and guilt out the window, and begin to truly understand yourself for the first time.
