Garden Girls Discipleship
Join a group of high school girls across the country in an online community or in person in West Palm Beach, FL as we dive into the gardens of our hearts to recognize and weed out the specific triggers, lies and insecurities from the enemy and instead nurture our hearts with the truth that God speaks over us as his daughters.
The Heart of the Program
Growing up, I never had anyone disciple me despite how badly I wanted it and how many people I asked (who said yes and then never followed through). Now, it's a mission of mine to be that mentor for the girls that God brings in to my life.
I find that the American church tends to push behavior modification on us so we look like the perfect Christian girl on the outside but don’t have many roots in our hearts connected to a living relationship with the living God. Then when teens leave the home, the "perfect Christian girl" image isn’t so appealing in comparison to the promises of the world. Before running back to the arms of Jesus, this was my story and I don’t want it to be the story of any other sweet girls growing up in the church.

The concept of having our identity rooted in Christ is thrown around in youth group circles, but growing up, I never knew what that practically looked like in real life. My heart is for girls to not just know about God but to truly know God; to grow in intimacy with their Father so their identity isn’t tied to being a “good girl” but to being a “daughter of the King."
The Core of the Program
The Garden of Eden
God is an emotional being who created us in his image. Emotions are the heart's way of grabbing our attention; not to be suffocated nor to be the rulers of our lives. We slowly walk through the events in the Garden of Eden - reflecting on how the enemy lies to us and creates insecurities about ourselves just as he did to Eve (and how those lies now become the lens through which we view ourselves and the world). Together, we learn to take every thought captive and replace those lies with truths about our identity.
The Garden of Our Hearts
We dive into the analogy that our hearts are gardens; the enemy plants seeds of insecurity; the Father plants seeds of truth; our actions are reflective of which seeds we choose to water. Rather than simply modifying surface level behavior (like chopping off a weed at the surface), we discover the root of why we do what we do - what need we are trying to get met - and instead meet that need in a way that's aligned with our values. We also learn how to set healthy boundaries (like fences around our gardens) to protect ourselves and our relationships.

The Garden of the Kingdom
We are all daughters of the King - living within the garden of His castle - with a special role to play in expanding His kingdom on earth. We "timeline" our lives to see how our testimonies fit into a greater story of redemption and how there are beautiful threads of God's hand in every season. We explore our unique gifting to grow in confidence in the ways we can impact the world, establish spiritual disciplines to stay rooted in the middle of busyness, and grow in leadership skills to stand strong against peer pressure.
